Job Description:

Site Manager/Senior Trainer Req:

Skills: Military Training, Training Management, Training Support, and Operations at Division or Higher: Logistics and property management; detailed knowledge of Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP)

Certifications: MEL 4

Experience: Battalion or higher command experience; Ten (10) years supervisory experience

Site Manager position; HICOM Support Teams positions; Senior Trainer Teams positions-

Battalion Command qualified (higher echelon preferred)

MEL 4 Required (MEL 1 Desired)

Secret Clearance required (Division Level Trainers must obtain Top Secret)

Combat Training Center experience

Brigade or higher primary staff experience in Warfighting Function specialty

HICOM Teams must possess Masters Degree; 20 years experience in the Active Army; two (2) years experience in exercise planning using the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) process; knowledgeable in the employment and operation of Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS)

Clearance Level: Secret or Top Secret depending on the position

The likely salary range for this position is $91,034 - $123,164. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
