The Challenge:Your combination of people skills and technical expertise makes you the team hero, solving one problem after another. What if you could use those skills to improve the technology supporting a US Army client? We’re looking for a systems administrator to provide long-range planning and day-to-day operational support for physical and virtual server environments to help us support requirements evaluation and planning for scaling new capabilities to virtual server environment.

As a systems administrator on our project, you’ll support a CAC G6 SharePoint enterprise farm to meet near- and long-term requirements. You’ll respond to emerging, operations and maintenance (O&M), and security requirements planning support and maintenance within development and maintenance timelines provided by customer and delivery teams. You’ll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. You’ll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning. This is an opportunity to broaden your skillset into areas like VMware, vSphere, and EMC SANs on Microsoft Server Environment. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the team work through challenges and develop new methodologies. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to modernize the network to help your customers meet their needs. You Have:

-6 years of experience with in VMware 6, Windows Server 2012, and SharePoint 2013 and 2016

-5 years of experience with VMware, vSphere, EMC SANs, and Microsoft Server management and maintenance

-3 years of experience with administering SharePoint enterprise-sized farms

Ability to obtain a security clearance

-AA or AS degree

-VMware 6 Certification

-MCSA: Windows Server 2012 or 2016 Certification

-CompTIA Security+, GESC, SSCP, or CCNA-Security Certification

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with Azure Cloud implementation

-Experience with SharePoint 2016

-Ability to work in a team environment to develop solution strategies

-Ability to develop and execute an integrated architecture and develop integrated analytic data management programs

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree
