Mid-Continental Restoration Co., Inc.is accepting resumes for an experienced accountant to fill an Accounts Receivable position in our corporate office in Ft. Scott, KS. This position reports directly to the Controller.

Partial List of Duties and Responsibilities
Create and submit all project billings including AIA format and standard invoicing.
Complete all associated documents including lien waivers, subcontractor lists, and any other forms required to be submitted with payment requests.
Enter deposited cash receipts, ACH payments, and adjustments to Accounts Receivable subledger.
Enter new contracts, schedules of value, and change orders into contract tracking system. Reconcile Contracts and AR Control Log weekly.
Complete, collect, and submit all closeout documents including workmanship warranty certificates, lien waivers, material warranties, affidavits, and others.
Review state sales tax regulations, analyze contracts, calculate and record related adjustments in Contracts system.
Review the aging report weekly and follow up to ensure that all billing requirements have been fulfilled.
