Overall Focus:To ensure the continuous operation of the production facility by maintaining, trouble shooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and facilities with a focus on forklift repair. This role is essential for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other industrial equipment used in material handling.

The incumbent will be training and focus on forklift repair to include the following key responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Inspections:
• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts, semi-trucks, and aerial lifts, including inspecting hydraulic systems, batteries, brakes, tires, and engines.
• Conduct safety inspections to ensure equipment meets industry standards and regulations.

{=html} <!-- --> - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. - Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, sensors, and parts of the lifting mechanism. - Rebuild engines or hydraulic systems when necessary.

{=html} <!-- --> - Keep detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance work. - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards by maintaining accurate paperwork.

Emergency Repairs:

• Respond quickly to on-site breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime and quick repairs to get the equipment back in operation.
