Explorer Elementary School is seeking aFinance Secretary/Treasurer(11 months, 40 hours per week). This position is responsible for maintaining accurate student and financial records. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and families.\ \ Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate student records
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Support school operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office andGoogle are essential as well as the ability to learn the use of student information systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. The Finance Secretary will report to the school principal and work closely with the administrative team to ensure that all student and finance records are accurate and up to date.
