Medical Department Supports
Health and Wellness checks of clients
Medication delivery and administration
Appointment paperwork processing
Equipment maintenance
Departmental errands as assigned
Health support
Involve daily monitoring of clients physical condition and may include providing treatments for specific illness/injury
General Duties/Responsibilities
Assure all individual rights are respected
Provide information to clients planning team and complete assessments as required
Advocate for clients and the agency
Provide 1st Aid or emergency care when required
Will implement programs related to the individuals medical service plan as assigned, accurately complete the data
Being ready to learn, support, serve as a role-model, and work as part of a great team supporting the medical needs of the people we serve.
