Benefit Management LLC, is a nation-wide health insurance Third Party Administrator. Benefit Management LLC has long been a leader in the development and administration of custom benefits solutions demanding flexibility and superior customer service. We are looking for key personnel to be instrumental in Benefit Management LLC's foundational administration of health plans.Skills:Must have a friendly, outgoing and positive attitude; highly self-motivated; excellent problem-solving and communication skills; good time management and organizational skills; patient with an ability to multi-task; team oriented and enjoy working with people; basic accounting skills; and possess a drive to provide excellent customer service. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD-9 and CPT codes is a plus. Bilingual encouraged to apply. High school diploma or equivalent required.
