Barton Community College is seeking applications for Enterprise Resource Planning Support Specialist. The ERP Support Analyst provides direct technical support, functional support, testing, and training to the ERP module heads and support staff. This individual must maintain expertise in the business operations they support and a detailed understanding of the various systems/applications for each module. This includes collaborating with Institutional Research on reporting solutions and supports other projects related to the ERP system as assigned. Responsible for configuring and testing systems to deliver identified business requirements and resolving technical issues affecting business practices.
