The Maintenance Laborer is a full-time position. The shifts range from 8 to 12 hour Monday-Friday and occasionally weekends. This is an entry level position that will be under the direct supervision of the maintenance manager. The maintenance laborer will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities, including (not limited to) plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating/cooling, hydraulic, pneumatic air systems, and other building equipment.
