POSITION OVERVIEW
This role reports to the Controller and is responsible for managing the billing for government contracts, assisting with various financial items such as financial statements, the general ledger, balance sheets, and special projects as needed.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and expedite billing for government contracts including reading and interpreting contracts for relevant billing information in order to create accurate and timely invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in managing the general ledger.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Work on special projects and additional duties as assigned.
