Responsibilities:
- Implement new technology, such as desktops and computer hardware, operating systems, software programs, and applications
- Ensure our computers are backed up so all files are saved in case the system crashes
- Respond quickly to technical issues so problems can be resolved and our employees can continue to work efficiently
- Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently
- Maintain technological equipment, including phones, printers, computers, operating systems, network systems, hardware etc.
