Job Description :
This job supports the change management aspects of key initiatives for the Organization. The incumbent plays different potential roles on a given project, to include elements of engagement activity planning and preparation, problem-solving, communications planning, implementation activities, and project planning. The incumbent plays a supporting role in the development and execution of the change management/readiness & adoption strategy for given initiatives. Works on multiple projects and get exposure to all parts of the Organization. Supports and implements the Readiness & Adoption engagement strategy for cross-functional, enterprise, and transformation projects. Ensures seamless execution of R&A related activities across the organization by applying methodologies, tools, assessments and stakeholder analyses. Provides coaching on R&A and guidance within the organization. Utilizes best practices while learning and growing with each project implemented. Works with cross functional teams throughout the organization to implement change to both internal and external facing customers. The incumbent focus on people-related tasks, enabling teams to launch key initiatives successfully, adopt it widely and realize business value.
Engagement Planning and Execution
Execute on assessment strategies according to the Adoption Timeline.
Follows R&A methodology and approach focused on driving value and outcomes. This role is responsible for supporting the senior consultant and business leader in designing the engagement plan for the change. Engages with others in such a way that leads others to adoption with ease. Assesses along the way and adjusts the plan to account for progress to adoption.
Analyzes outcomes and identifies problems for escalation.

Execute activities to identify and analyze the ecosystem to inform engagement planning.
Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and resistance to change; define and execute strategies to minimize risk and business disruption.
Conduct detailed impact assessment to document all impacts of process or tool change to determine user support and resistance.
Implement holistic change management strategy to drive adoption, including engagement/communication plans, training and development plans and measurement of readiness post go-live.
Assist in the implementation of transformation strategies.This includes organizational change and impact assessments, driving leadership stakeholder and employee engagement and delivering effective internal and external communications.
Inform business leaders on the value proposition for R&A.
Facilitate R&A workshops and training for change-related teams/business support needs.
Consult with business on R&A needs specific to projects they are leading.
Assess the need and plan for change management and readiness activities.
Continuously improves R&A approach, tools and resources as growing capabilities to effectively lead change and providing change support on related projects where needed.
Develops and curates content for online self-services. Plans and develops events, such as networking and training sessions.

- Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior/Organizational Change Studies, Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management or related field
- 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
- Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior/Organizational Change Studies, Business Administration/Management or Human Resources Management
- 3 years with Change management
1 year of Consulting
1 year of Project management
1 year of Communications
- 1 year in Healthcare or related industry
LICENSES or CERTIFICATIONS
Analytical and Logical Reasoning/Thinking
Organizational Change Management
Group and/or training facilitation experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relationship-builder with Unsurpassed Interpersonal Skills
Proven experience influencing others and building strong internal relationships
Proven experience interacting with senior and executive leadership.
Experience designing and delivering presentations to leaders and groups of various sizes
Strong problem solving, decision making, risk management and negotiation skills
