Summary/Objective: The New Business Development Manager works with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and improve Lowen Sign’s market position by building sales to achieve financial growth. This is not an inside sales/CSR position.

-Prospect for potential new clients and turn them into new business
-Cold call as appropriate within the market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
-Identify potential clients and build relationships with them.
-Potentially manage outside sales representatives.
-Attend industry functions, including trade shows and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
-Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new products and distribution channels.
-Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
-Track and record activity on accounts through the CRM program.
