Essential
- Perform miscellaneous painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
- Supervise, coordinate, and communicate work schedules of summer crews as well as contractors.
- Maintain a clean vehicle and an organized shop.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Evaluate and make recommendations on bids and vendor pricing, maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Work as a team with all facilities personnel.
- Develop, recommend, and suggest new ideas and techniques for completing or improving assigned tasks.
- Serve actively on campus committees.
- Arrive on time for work, attend work regularly, and successfully perform the responsibilities of the position.
- Comply with HutchCC policies, procedures, and practices.
