Maintain and repair equipment, facilities, and grounds; including vehicles, fabrication equipment, general production tools, equipment and electrical power used in the daily operations of the company. FUNCTIONS TO BE PERFORMED: Run air and power hand tools used in performing assigned repairs Keep maintenance and tool records current Understand and implement proper Preventative Maintenance Programs Troubleshoot and correct mechanical problems Troubleshoot and correct electrical problems Be knowledgeable of all equipment used in the manufacturing process Perform all maintenance and repair of production equipment and buildings Estimate material needs for projects and repairs Fabricate or assemble production equipment as required Follow all environmental, safety, and health requirements per company policies Perform other related duties as required Be knowledgeable on how to properly operate a boiler, such as the one used for heating in Plant 1
