The qualified candidate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, coding charges to correct accounts, determining items to be invoiced to our customers and calculating charges, answering phones, filing and providing support to our accounting and payroll staff as needed. Experience with Microsoft Office is required with an emphasis on Excel preferred. We are a small office environment so the ability to multitask and work well with existing staff is important.
