Supervise/perform other specialty services as required. Perform restoration services that equal or exceed company and customer quality standards. Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as required.*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.* Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers. Load and unload equipment and supplies from the vehicle to the work site. * Clear the work site by moving furniture and equipment and restore the work site to the original configuration when the job is complete.* Perform restoration that involves specialized cleaning and repair of carpeting, upholstery (drapery). * Access all areas and surfaces that need to be cleaned, dried and deodorized. * Clean, dry and deodorize contents, floors ceilings, drywall and other building materials as needed. * Apply EPA registered and approved disinfectant as required. Perform all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards.* Supervise/perform regular cleaning services of carpets, upholstery and draperies on an as needed basis.* Establish and maintain a service schedule to ensure all service is delivered to meet customer requirements.* Follow all Environmental Protection Agency and other applicable federal, state and local regulations for disposal of waste water and chemicals.* Comply with all verbal and written safety practices including the use and maintenance of personal protective equipment. Read and comprehend all applicable MSDSs for chemicals that require special handling and use of Personal Protective Equipment.* At all times maintain all assigned vehicles and equipment to Company published standards.* Solicit current customers for leads to develop leads for new customers.* Develop new business by calling on individuals and businesses in response to leads generated from calls made by the Customer Service Representative and referrals from customers and others.* Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties.* Inventory all cleaning and work/job supplies on a weekly basis and order supplies as needed with General Manager's approval.* Inspect all vehicles and trailers daily to insure cleanliness' and that they are stocked with all required items (cleaning supplies, proper inventory of equipment, MSDS binder, stocked first aid kit, any other required items).* Supervise/perform any and all building maintenance, cleaning and landscape as needed (trash picked up, lawn care, warehouse, common areas and offices.)*SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** Directly supervise 1 to 5 employees in the Restoration/Cleaning Department. * Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. * Responsibilities include; training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance (Quality Control); addressing complaints and resolving problems.*QUALIFICATIONS** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.* Have mid-level computer skills and be familiar with Windows/Mac operating systems and email.* Functional understanding of PDA's (smar t phones/iPads).* Aptitude for learning new technology and software easily.*OTHER QUALIFICATIONS** Must be computer literate and be able to use spreadsheets and word processors from standard software packages. * Must be proficient in Xactimate.*EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE** High school diploma or general education degree (GED); five or more years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.*LANGUAGE SKILLS** Ability to read and comprehend simple/complex instructions, short/long correspondence, and memos. * Ability to write simple/complex correspondence. * Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.*MATHEMATICAL SKILLS** Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. * Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. * Ability to compute rate, ratio and to draw and interpret bar graphs. * Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. * Must be knowledgeable in financial statements.*REASONING ABILITY** Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. * Ability to deal with problems involving a few co
