Position Description:\ Performs a variety of semi-skilled and unskilled tasks in the maintenance and operation of sanitation routes, sanitation\ trucks and equipment.\ Major Areas of Responsibility:\ Sanitationcollects and disposes of solid waste from city property and picks up litter from premises.\ Sweeps, washes, paints, and repairs or replaces city property as directed.\ Performs custodial work such as required and assigned.\ Assists in setting up and taking down equipment for various programs.\ Other duties as assigned.
