Ability to manage in shop and front office team, with an office co-manager
Understands business financials and meet financial goals
Implementing and holding employees accountable to policies outlined in B Street Employee Manual
Identify, create, and maintain positive culture in a team
Take part and ensure quality control checks are being completed
Ensure employees meeting safety and OSHA standards
Assuring all necessary leases, licenses, and permits are current and in place
Interviewing, selecting, and training of employees
Utilize a variety of management and estimating systems
Here are our non-negotiables:
Maintain a Monday – Friday 6:45am - 5:00pm schedule
A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the auto body industry, or relatable field
Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
You must have a valid driver's license
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Think on the fly and problem solve
Attention to detail and positive can do attitude
Self-accountability and Integrity
