Job Description:

Role Summary/Purpose:

The AVP, Provider Training Programs is responsible for creating compelling learning activities and course content, working with subject matter experts to identify training needs, applying calculated instructional design theories and methods to all training materials related to products, processes, tools and technology to support CareCredit providers throughout their lifecycle. This includes, facilitating courses, maintaining the inventory and organization of learning assets through update cycles and contributing to the development and deployment of new training assets as the needs of the business evolve.

Occasionally you may be required to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep domain knowledge of CareCredit products and tools and how they integrate with office workflows to enable the best solutions for provider training, job aids and operating guides.

  • Partner with cross functional teams to define learning objectives and content for training materials, job aids and learning tools required to meet the needs of the provider network.

  • Identify unique instructional needs and customize learning assets for new partners and markets.

  • Manage the development, coordination, deployment and retention of training content, job aids, operating guides and other materials for the provider network to be used in online courses and virtual training sessions.

  • Collaborate with and provide direction to contractors to design and create training deliverables that meet content and compliance specifications and provide an engaging and instructive user interface.

  • Manage the ongoing maintenance and archive of provider-facing learning assets (eLearning, job aids, training guides, etc.) in print and electronic form.

  • Ensure that provider training deliverables support the knowledge and skill requirements needed to compliantly and effectively use the CareCredit program.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company, product and served markets from continued training, education and self-learning.

  • Manage, coordinate and facilitate learning sessions.

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5yrs of equivalent experience in Financial Services

  • Minimum 2yrs experience in a training or customer facing role

  • Minimum 2yrs instructional design experience

  • Proficient in authoring platforms such as Storyline and/or Xyleme

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Up to 10% travel

Desired Characteristics:

  • Analytical thinker with excellent communication skills

  • Familiarity with learning management systems

  • Experience in development and implementation of learning programs including needs assessment, content development, measurement and delivery

  • Proven project management skills and ability to work across multiple functions and levels in a matrix environment

  • Proven track record of delivering results; detail oriented, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and meeting deadlines

  • Prior CareCredit experience and strong working knowledge of CareCredit products, capabilities, and value proposition

  • Hands-on self-starter, enthusiastic with excellent time management, presentation/public speaking and organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Grade/Level: 10

The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
