?Check voicemail immediately upon arrival Daily (Phone, email, app)

?Check your personal email to see any urgent request

?Check email for unread service requests (from clients)

?Manage the dashboard activities (Alerts/cancellations, etc.)

?Answer phones and handle customer calls

Utilize systems on a continuous basis to update policies & customer info

?Review cancellation & renewal lists on a weekly basis

?Setup new business &/or FFR folders (business sold the past week)

?Schedule a minimum of 3 appointments a week for FFRs

?Life Policies check daily to see if anything is needed for the business to close

?Update Sales Tracker immediately after processing payment of new business

?Manage schedule/ calendar

?Make calls to cross sell/upsell current clients Daily (afternoons)

?Take info from new prospects to run a quote
