CDL Driver - Construction Worker
Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring CDL Drivers for commercial projects in the Kansas City area. We offer competitive pay based on experience, with a pay range of $25.00 - $35.00 per hour. All CDL Drivers are scheduled for 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to join our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven professionals. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.
As a traffic signal and street light contractor, the contractor is currently seeking a reliable team leader familiar with underground construction. Candidates must be willing to learn traffic signal/street light installation & maintenance.
Ultimate Job Duties:
Properly collect and load stock with or without the use of equipment
Deliver stock within assigned deadlines
Follow safety procedures on the road and while loading/unloading
Ensure equipment meets OSHA standards
Use GPS and communicate with supervisors to stay informed on routes
Operate all types of equipment including Mini-Ex, Boring Unit, Plow, Concrete Saw, Vactron, Skid Steer, etc.
Read plans and lead a team to overcome potential challenges
Communicate well with team members and supervisors
Ultimate CDL Driver Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of underground construction experience
Valid CDL with a clean driving record
Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)
Must have basic hand tools to perform trade
Ability to perform regular standing, bending, and kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance
Must be able to read plans and lead a team

Schedule:
Full-time
Monday to Friday
