The Delivery Driver / Installation Specialist will support the Service Department in all aspects of equipment delivery, set-up, repair, refurbishing, installations and network support. Will also be required to help with facilities maintenance as well as serve as a backup to warehouse personnel. Will work closely with Post Sales Analyst and Operations Manager regarding tasks and priorities.

General Scope:

  • Assist in set-ups and installation of both hardware and software solutions

  • Monitor inventory to ensure availability of equipment

  • Refurbish equipment and prepare for sale

  • Stock, organize and clean shop and warehouse

  • Perform service calls as needed (both in-house and field calls)

  • Complete remote service calls and installations

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Strong customer service and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable driving a box truck up to 26’

  • Understand how to network/operate all available equipment

  • Willingness and capacity to be trained on new product offerings

  • Learn and understand eAutomate with regards to all inventory functions.

  • Work with Technical Trainers and Analyst team to further education and solutions knowledge

  • Must possess and maintain a current valid driver’s license and be able to pass a DOT Physical and maintain a DOT Med card
