The Delivery Driver / Installation Specialist will support the Service Department in all aspects of equipment delivery, set-up, repair, refurbishing, installations and network support. Will also be required to help with facilities maintenance as well as serve as a backup to warehouse personnel. Will work closely with Post Sales Analyst and Operations Manager regarding tasks and priorities.
General Scope:
Assist in set-ups and installation of both hardware and software solutions
Monitor inventory to ensure availability of equipment
Refurbish equipment and prepare for sale
Stock, organize and clean shop and warehouse
Perform service calls as needed (both in-house and field calls)
Complete remote service calls and installations
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
Comfortable driving a box truck up to 26’
Understand how to network/operate all available equipment
Willingness and capacity to be trained on new product offerings
Learn and understand eAutomate with regards to all inventory functions.
Work with Technical Trainers and Analyst team to further education and solutions knowledge
Must possess and maintain a current valid driver’s license and be able to pass a DOT Physical and maintain a DOT Med card
