Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Electrical Testing & Engineering Services Manager to lead our technical services team. This full-time, on-site role involves managing daily operations, delivering high-quality technical support, and driving customer satisfaction. You’ll be at the forefront of troubleshooting, training, and innovation, helping to shape the future of our technical services.
Hard Skills
Guide a team of technical professionals, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and development opportunities.
Analyze departmental effectiveness and implement strategies to boost productivity, safety, and overall morale. Develop and manage the operating budget to ensure cost-efficiency and resource optimization.
Spearhead the development of new objectives and plans for field services operations. Continuously evaluate and enhance our quality, service, and value standards.
Oversee shop repair inventories, ensuring a balance between service levels and cost management. Recommend pricing strategies and coordinate service scheduling to meet customer needs.
Collaborate with sales teams to engage with clients, addressing their needs and fostering strong relationships. Represent the company in customer interactions, promoting our commitment to excellence.
Maintain effective working relationships with vendors to ensure timely and reliable support.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on industry advancements, supervision techniques, and safety protocols.
