  • Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service, through the consistent practice and delivery of Red Carpet Customer Service to all guests and team members.

  • Manage the work processes or procedures of team members and supervisors.

  • Responsible and accountable for the overall cleanliness and guest service standards.

  • Responsible for overseeing department and shift specific training.

  • Responsible for ensuring that keys and equipment are accurately checked out/in ensuring all items clean and ready for next user.

  • Serve as EVS liaison in committee meetings and can lead when requested.

  • Managing overtime to ensure that it is scheduled, monitored, communicated and approved by the manager.

  • Use two-way radios and maintain professional radio etiquette at all times. - Approval of Team Member payroll hours daily by each applicable shift.

  • Compile information, complete and submit reports to authorized management or Accounting as required.

  • Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.

  • Establish methods, procedures and safety guidelines required to maintain desired standards and monitor results through inspection and makes changes if necessary to maintain end result.

  • Provide necessary staffing, materials and training for day to day operation.

  • Counsel, guide and train personnel in the proper performance of their duties.

  • Prepare and coordinate the periodic performance reviews of assigned personnel.

  • Recommends changes for assigned personnel, including hiring, promotion, reassignment, and separation.

  • Approve PTO and recommend leave of absence where necessary.

  • Develop, counsel, guide and instruct supervisory and line level staff for personal and professional growth and development.

  • Comply and report information on EVS activities and expenses.

  • Interview and make recommendations regarding hiring new team members.

  • Conduct individual or group pre-shift meetings or roundtable meetings with team members and provide positive feedback.

  • Provide for the safety of team members by attending safety meetings, identifying safety issues, and correcting and maintaining department MSDS book.

  • Make determinations regarding types of materials, supplies, or tools to be used.

  • Supervise and manage attendance and time records of team members and/or supervisors. - Protect and preserve assets of the company.

  • Understand and adhere to all bargaining unit agreements.

  • Meet appearance and grooming requirements.

  • Understand and adhere to disciplinary policies including but not limited to counseling team members and supervisors and the use of progressive discipline.

  • Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.

  • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Three years supervisory experience preferred

  • Two to three years in progressively responsible cleaning operations position preferred

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications

  • Proven guest service skills and experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
