At B Street Collision no aftermarket body parts go on a vehicle. As a B Street Collision Metal Technician you won’t do the disassembly or the re-assembly of the vehicle, and you also won’t do body filler work! Our process also promotes a sup-free environment . If you’re a team player, apply with us and we can show you how an efficient, well-oiled operation performs where you work on repairing metal, replacing parts, replacing / installing airbag components and the team around you does the rest. $185k -$215k - Team commission pay plan

Responsibilities and requirements of Metal Tech :
Structural / Frame part replacement / Frame repair (not replacement)
Part repair / replacement
Suspension Repairs
Light Automotive mechanical Repairs
Teamwork & Communication skills
Maintain clean and organized environment
Read / Repair per OEM Repair Procedures
Welding knowledge & skills (steel, aluminum and spot)
Frame Rack experience
Ability to repair and replace Restraint systems (SRS)
Ability to repair and replace vehicle suspension
Self-accountable and Integrity
Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm schedule (potential 3-4 day weekends)
Must provide own Hand and Power Tools - (large equipment provided)
You must have a valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
