Do you have 3+ years experience working in International logistics and supply chain? We are seeking a candidate with knowledge in export processes and documentation processes for a growing company in Kansas City, KS. This position will start as a 6 month contract but has the opportunity to convert to permanent employment if both parties feel that it is a good long term fit. Hybrid work schedule; Monday and Friday work remotely In Office Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 730A - 430P schedule 3+ years experience required working with exports and International shipping Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or logistics preferred If you feel your experience aligns and you are interested in learning more, please today!

Responsibilities
Resolve critical customer support issues and provide order status updates and follow up
Prioritize loads, adjust shipments and delivery timesheets to meet customer requests and timelines
Manage export documentation process to ensure appropriate required documentation is filed correctly, timely and is compliant to the destination.
Knowledge and ability to properly fill out a variety of International export documents such as; Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Analysis, Bill of Lading, Aphis, Automated Manifest System, Free Sale Certificate, Affidavits, Cerficate of Origin, and OGA certifications -
-Ensure required documentation is in accordance with U.S. and international regulations and file the documents when required.
-Collaborate with the sales team and plant operations to help with execution and timely delivery and proper document set up
