Responsibilities
Providence Medical Center (PMC) is looking for a full time day shift Facilities Service Coordinator in Plant Operations. The Facilities Service Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to:
responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department on a daily, routine basis
familiar/proficient with construction/preventative maintenance for processing and coding project invoices to charge correct hospital unit
familiar with maintaining construction project files thru completion of project
works with administrative team members and department heads to routinely update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with governing agencies
well organized for both physical and electronic filing of inspection documents, items for survey, regulations of applicable accreditation, regulatory agencies etc.
input and retrieve computerized data
efficiently and effectively takes minutes for department management meetings
ability to type proficiently
is a team player and communicates effectively at all levels: in writing, verbally and via telephone
accounting experience a plus
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent, required
3 years experience in secretarial/clerical duties
proficient with computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Preventative Maintenance System, etc)
proficient with computer systems related to security equipment (ID badge & camera systems)
