Role: Flow Cytometry Application Specialist

Location: Midwest USA preferably Kansas, Iowa or Missouri

Reports to: Regional Flow Application Manager

The Flow Cytometry Application Specialist is responsible for supporting pre-sale and after-sales business in Flow Cytometry in the dedicated territory mainly California and Nevada but subject to slight changes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the achievement of financial targets set yearly on the dedicated territory according to company strategy.

  • Promote Beckman Coulter flow cytometry hardware, software, and consumables.

  • Conduct Flow Cytometry Solution demonstrations on the dedicated territory.

  • Provide scientific and technical support on instruments, reagents, and systems.

  • Ensure timely implementation delivery.

  • Conduct customer on-site training

  • Advise the customer on protocol optimization

  • Perform detailed reports to key holders

  • Ensure customer satisfaction!

  • Answer to the technical part of tenders!

Job Specification:

  • Laboratory experience relevant to the subject that the role is supporting

  • Marketing and/or sales experience in diagnosis laboratory

  • High level of knowledge in Flow Cytometry

  • Has strong background in immunology and hematology
