Experis IT ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Information Technology organization in the Olathe, KS area for a Contract Field Technical Spt Cons 2 role to assist their team. This is an on-site role.

Title: Field Technical Spt Cons 2

Location: ONSITE– ( Olathe, KS )

Duration: 6 months (Contract)

Pay range: $22-24 per hour.

Job Description

• Work onsite at customer property (not remotely unless told otherwise)

• Represent HPI interests and be liaison with local customer management team

o Report customer dissatisfaction to Client Mgr (CM) and HP account team

o Attend account calls as directed and provide feedback on activities

• Proactive monitoring of customer’s printer fleet utilizing WJA, FMA and other tools

• Assist end user with device functionality

• Perform initial trouble shooting

• Perform maintenance on devices as directed by CM

• Coordinate with HP Support when service is required

• Ensure adequate consumables are available at customer sites (including toner delivery/installation)

• Assist with device(s) deployment/replacement as directed

• Track usage/activities at customer sites to better understand their needs

• Assist with the collection of usage pages per devices as needed

• Miscellaneous duties as directed by CM and account team

• Manage designated toner/parts storage

• Break/fix services for supported print devices as requested by Customer (ex: Glass Cleanings, Fuser Replacement, Waste Toner Collection, Transfer Kits, Roller Cleaning & Replacements, Jam Clearing, Maint Kit Replacement, Tray Adjustments, Drum Replacements, ADF Cleaning, Print Quality Issues)

OSA Individual Responsibilities:

• Provide Cell Phone for communication

• Provide Vehicle for transportation to surrounding customer facilities

• Proper Dress Code: Khaki/Slacks/Collared Shirt/Comfortable Walking Shoes
