Job Description:

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced inside sales professional to join a leading company implementing a robust growth strategy, in current and new verticals within the financial and legal services sector. Reporting to the Senior Director, Bankruptcy Solutions, this Inside Sales professional will partner with the rest of the AACER sales team, work collaboratively with client services and operations and drive business development success through their prospecting, interpersonal, appointment setting, and online presentation skills. The number of meetings secured and sales closed independently or in collaboration with sales directors will determine success in this role. Main contacts will include operations and other staff at banks and non-bank servicers, investors within funds, attorneys and operations staff within law firms, and attorneys, accounts receivable and other staff within corporations, with certain contacts and targets having higher priority than others.

Job Responsibilities

nn


+ Responsible for gathering and selecting sources of information to determine market characteristics, measurements of market potentials, market share analyses, and sales analyses.

n

+ Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and calling on key clients and prospects to explain our services and secure meetings.

n

+ Responsible for making online presentations.

n

+ Responsible for quarterbacking prospects through contract execution.

n

+ Responsible for coordinating and collaborating with sales directors in connection with sales activities requiring onsite and face-to-face meetings.

n

+ Responsible for administrative support to the sales team, which includes tracking sales initiatives, pipeline reporting and other tracking and measurement duties.

Required Qualifications & Characteristics

nn


+ A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required

n

+ 5+ years of successful professional level inside sales experience

n

+ High degree of self-motivation and persistence

n

+ Excellent communication and relationship management skills

n

+ Time management and organizational skills

n

+ Entrepreneurial nimbleness balanced with professional acumen

n

+ Prior legal or financial services and/or technology inside sales experience is a plus but not necessary

n

Travel will be minimal and usually completed Monday through Friday
