Location: Kansas City, Kansas Position: Maintenance Technician (Level 4-8)
About the Role:
Join our highly automated facility in Kansas City, KS and contribute to our state-of-the-art production processes. As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our robotic systems.
Responsibilities:
Download, remaster, and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
Replace servo motors, drives, and download new programs.
Troubleshoot and replace gearboxes, chains, sprockets, and bearings.
Adjust VFD settings.
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on automated systems.
Qualifications:
Experience with robotic systems and automation.
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
Knowledge of PLC programming and control systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with servo motors, drives, and VFDs.
Background in electrical training (Level 5 or higher).
Experience with gearboxes, chains, sprockets, and bearings.

Responsibilities
This facility is one of most automated plant in the world with 56 robots and an almost hands free process from start to finish. SO robotic experience w/downloading programs, remastering, troubleshooting electrical/mechanical and pneumatic systems. Troubleshooting and replacing servo motors, replacing drives and downloading new programs
Should have a hybrid of mechanical and electrical skills
Capable of replacing gearboxes, chains, sprockets and bearings
Troubleshooting and replacing electrical components, automated systems, VFD adjustments
