LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Product UX Designer for a long term contract with potential for contract to hire opportunity with a client located in the Kansas City Area!

The Product UX Designer Will Be Responsible For :

  • Prioritizing Clients: Building positive relationships with internal and external clients and co-creates mutually beneficial solutions

  • Pursuing Learning: Seeks out new ideas, beliefs, and knowledge. Continually develops existing skills through development, feedback, curiosity and learning from others

  • Adapting Successfully: Changes work style or approach when necessary to achieve goals

  • Solves Problems: Assesses a situation with accuracy and arrives at a positive solution. Considers a wide range of implications and their interdependencies when solving problems

  • Fosters Collaboration: Works with others to strengthen relationships and achieve goals


  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field, or minimum of 4 + years of equivalent work experience required

  • Experience with Complex Workflow processes

  • User Research Experience

  • User Requirement Gathering and Customer Experience Management

  • 3+ years of UX experience

  • Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must

  • Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus

  • Experience working within an Agile environment

Colorado salary range - $20/hr to $125/hr
