Tetra Tech invites you to consider the opportunity to join our dynamic growing national marketing team as a Federal Proposal Specialist. THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION. The successful candidate will be an integral member of a team developing our most critical SF330 proposals for our largest federal pursuits. Duties include preparing capture planning materials, technical writing and editing proposal documents, creating presentations, and developing other related marketing materials. The position must be able to prioritize, adapt, multi-task, function effectively under multiple deadlines and time constraints, schedule workload and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating resiliency, curiosity, integrity, humility, and an energetic driving attitude for continuous improvement. Must work well within a large, geographically separated team to pursue a shared goal, winning work. Candidates, please be prepared to discuss your previous contributions to your team and your approach / strategy when preparing SF330 proposals.

Your role:

  • Lead capture and strategy planning for targeted contracts.

  • Lead SF330 proposal development for USACE, USAF, NAVFAC, NGB, and other federal agencies.

  • Lead task order response development with compressed schedules.

  • Proposal and task order response development will include leadership from compliance matrix to final proposal submittal. Duties include research for project and personnel evaluation, win theme development and communication, resume writing and editing, project experience writing and editing, writing and editing miscellaneous narratives for Section H, as well as developing/writing/editing text, tables, and design layouts with graphics utilizing Adobe create suite software.

  • Organize proposal, SOQ, presentations, and other marketing material in the Companys databases.

  • Work with client managers, project managers, and marketing management to support day-to-day business development efforts.

    Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of SF330 experience, writing prime federal proposals within the AEC industry.

  • Must have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

  • We desire candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, or journalism; consideration will be given for proven years of experience.
