This position supports all 4 of our Missouri/Kansas Hospitals which includes an "America's Top 250 Hospital", a CMS 5-Star Award winner and multiple Watson's Top 100 Hospitals.

* This position can sit and either Providence Medical Center or St. Joseph Medical Center *

In this role you support the HR Teams associated with all four of our Missouri/Kansas Hospitals. You will actively be involved in developing policies and procedures while interacting with Local and Corporate Leadership. You will formulate and manage programs relative to selection, training, promotion, and other employer/employee relationships. You will also administer employee welfare and recreation services, and serves as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes. We're looking for someone who has great communication skills, is not afraid to speak up, has a very strong generalist background and is used to being challenged along the way. Sound interesting... EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience required.

  2. Master’s Degree preferred

  3. At least 2 Years of Healthcare Experience required

  4. Must be familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; pay practices and techniques, review techniques; training methods.

  5. Familiar with the labor market for recruitment and understanding of accreditation standards.

  6. Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws required.
