Serve as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication.
Direct and manage the activities of all Revenue Audit employees, assigning work as needed and ensuring accurate, timely reporting of revenue figures.
Maintain adequate staffing levels.
Monitor compliance of revenue activities on the property via the exception process to ensure that all relative documentation is completed in compliance with all applicable laws.
Develop and implement procedural policies for audits, make corrections or revisions as needed and cooperate with internal and external auditors as needed.
Complete journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts and produce various revenue reports and statistical analysis.
Evaluate the performance and progress in Revenue Audit and adjust performance standards and procedures as needed.
Create financial spreadsheets and update information on a regular basis.
Facilitate the flow of information throughout the property, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
Provide direction and support for all staff to achieve Company goals and objectives through the fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Endorses the business objectives, ethics and values of the company.
Provide appropriate recognition and rewards to individuals and groups when consistent superior performance is attained.
Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.
Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college / university or equivalent experience
Four years minimum experience in revenue audit or similar accounting function preferred
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
Must possess strong verbal and written communication, managerial and organizational skills
