Job Title: Architectural Drafter
Job Description
Develop detailed drawings and plans for precast concrete components, including walls, beams, columns, and panels. Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure designs meet project specifications and industry standards. Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to create accurate precast concrete shop drawings. Utilize CAD software to produce high-quality, precise drawings. Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Coordinate with project managers and production teams to address any design issues or modifications. Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions. Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports. Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.

Essential Skills
Proficient in Revit
Experience with construction documents.
Associate's degree in Design or Drafting.
Minimum of a years of experience in a similar role.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Work Environment
Work in an office setting utilizing CAD software and other design tools. Participate in project meetings and coordinate with various teams. Maintain a professional demeanor and attire in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
