The Global Lead, Cornerstone LMS, uses extensive knowledge of the LMS platform to lead a team of subject matter experts towards the mission of optimizing the operation and value of the system overall. Our Cornerstone system is structured to deliver great learning and talent management experiences as we have expanded beyond core functions into modules that enhance learning delivery, manage our performance management system and enable succession planning (branded as Talent Coach). This role will also grow global alliances (internal & external) in the talent and learning spaces for Talent Coach as we consider methods to add additional functionality to the platform. The Product lead will also assess and lead expansion of the platform’s capabilities in accordance with People and Business strategies, enhance the user experience, ensure proper use of the system, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
Responsible for partnering across the organization to assess and direct multiple stakeholder groups through governance and implementation of proper use of the tool and/or managing the most complex data feeds and outputs related to Talent Coach to ensure that they deliver maximum value. For the Talent Coach product, this individual will serve as the "voice" of the customer translating customer needs to the support team by properly codifying intent, sizing work efforts, prioritizing needs, and summarizing issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works closely and lead the Talent Coach team consisting of team members that have specialization in L&D, talent management and database management.
Coordinate with business stakeholders in a collaborative environment to create strategies, product roadmaps, etc.
Oversees the administration security, Talent Coach team and contracted service center service level agreements.
Draws upon customer insights to drive the software product vision and direction; provides oversight for teams performing this role.
Represents the customer to the technical teams, answering questions about client expectations.
Uses technical and product expertise to prioritize deliverables and manage requests. Owns the product queue for the most complex products.
Facilitates discussions, user story development and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to roadblocks resolution and decision making.
Leads development of reporting and insights for the platform and modules. Partners with D&T as needed for development of dashboards/reporting overlays, as needed.
Provides regular updates; manages executive stakeholder communication and reporting or oversees this process.
Acts as a single point of contact for ongoing support and services. Oversees a group of Talent Coach team members who provide subject matter expertise, sort and prioritize needs, engages various technical teams, routes requests to the correct owners, and ensures support is provided to the satisfaction of our internal or external stakeholders.
Actively engages in Agile process, including daily scrum sessions, demos, and testing activities, as well as training and change management activities, as needed.
Manages changes to features and communication to ensure there is clear indication of what is required for each release. Oversees this process for group of Talent Coach team members.
Performs other duties as assigned.
May have formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project team. Leads project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower level employees. May have responsibility for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating a work unit and/or group. Also, mentors, trains, and advises junior level team members.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. Typically has 10+ years of relevant work experience, including previous experience leading a project. Prior experience with proven accomplishments as product lead for the Cornerstone LMS, with extensive knowledge in building global alliances in the technology space.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to manage multiple products and multiple product managers. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees and client groups to take desired action.
Requires advanced and in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conducts advanced financial analysis. Translates high-level specifications for software components into program specifications. Estimates time against completing the program specifications.
Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations of significance to the operation.

*Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. LMS Product Manager position is $160,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. LMS Product Manager is $185,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
