Job Title: Shipping Team Leader
Job Description
Seeking a proactive and dedicated Shipping Team Leader to oversee daily shipping operations. Responsibilities include pulling products from the warehouse, packaging using various methods, verifying material counts and addresses, labeling products, and deciding on shipment methods. The role also involves contacting shipping companies, preparing documentation, maintaining logs, tracking shipments, inspecting forklifts, and maintaining inventory. Additionally, you will handle freight claims, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and ensure a clean shipping area. This hands-on role requires multitasking and lifting heavy products, contributing to efficient materials management to support customer orders.

Work Environment
Manufacturing facility with ample ventilation and the option to wear shorts in summer. The smaller team size emphasizes a culture fit, ensuring new hires integrate well with the existing team. The role operates on the first shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime.
