About the role:
You will be in charge for driving operational design improvements that increase business growth and efficiency of operations for the Customer Development Organization. This role will focus on driving harmonization, integration, continuity, quality and usability to change of Field Team processes, tools and resources. This includes understanding and identifying business needs and then support tools and platform exploration, evolution and implementation (such as call planning & scheduling tools, data sharing a partnership). This position will partner with Territory / District Managers and PCVs (among other team members) to further enable the Field Team's analytical capabilities through a diversity of training and education methods targeted at sharing standard methodologies, simplification and time savings. Leading key projects and initiatives will be incumbent upon understanding the business, knowing the operational and technical landscapes, resolving timelines, leading expectations and then driving to deliver innovative & efficient solutions. The position will be empowered to use a variety of leadership, communication, operational and analytical skills to act as a key business doer while providing vital information required for the execution of key strategic decisions.
What you will do:
Explore the needs of the CDO Field Team and figure out the best way to craft processes and tools to fulfill needs.
Partner with customer development to gather specifications for developing operational and analytical solutions.
Collaborate with Field Digital Training Manager to lead a strategic approach to providing system and tool training for the Field Team
Lead and complete initiatives through resource alignment, handling timelines and resolving appropriate tools and processes.
Provide operational leadership and analytics for a variety of customer and portfolio initiatives.
Aligns with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years professional experience
At least 2 years in an operational setting bringing to bear processes and mechanism to innovate, develop, and implement solutions to evolving business challenges This includes applying process and committed analytics to key business needs while ensuring information is optimally and efficiently delivered to business partners.
Customer Selling or Marketing experience.
Ability to understand and fully use features and functionality of various technologies to fix and establish new methods and procedures and to improve business processes
Ability to prioritize, lead and influence others to drive operational efficiencies

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, or Finance.
Master's Degree MBA or Masters Degree in relevant field. 2 to 3 years proven track record with the CDO Organization. Project Management Experience or the ability to demonstrate strong operation knowledge and process.

Salary Range $88,800 - $131,250 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
