EquipmentShare T3 Business Development Representative in Kansas City, Kansas

EquipmentShare is Hiring a T3 Business Development Representative.

EquipmentShare is searching for a T3 Business Development Representative. Office location is in the Kansas City, KS area.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the T3 AE (Account Executive) and Leadership Teams

  • Generate qualified leads/prospects using various mediums

  • Meet assigned qualified meeting targets

  • Proactively assess, clarify, validate customer needs, and communicate appropriate products/services to T3 AE

  • Cold call and hunt new construction company deals for our T3 Solution and T3 AE in the territory assigned

  • Setting the meetings or calls between Qualified Prospects and T3 AEs

  • Serve as an advocate and representative of the overall EquipmentShare brand, culture and mission

  • Build, report, manage and forecast your Qualified Meetings in our CRM

  • Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards

  • Locations are to be based in the respective region*

  • No travel expectation outside of onboarding and training

  • Strong phone presence and excellent writing skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly

  • Strong listening and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated leader that is proactive and doesn’t need daily management

  • Prospecting/opportunity pipeline development

  • Ability to articulate technical value into customer business value based on our T3 Technology offering

  • Time management and organization, advanced communication and presentation

  • You learn and alter behaviors due to mistakes and feedback

  • You are a people person, a strong communicator, collaborator and an excellent listener

  • Must be proficient in the following:

  • Technology understanding of IoT or construction equipment

  • Value propositions / ROI statements and proposals

  • CRM /Email / Systems

  • Preferred attributes

  • Proven track record of success

  • Construction / Equipment experience

  • SaaS / Telematics / IoT experience
