What You’ll be Doing

Looking for an opportunity to create a positive employee experience through facilities management? Working with local management teams, you’ll ensure our site facility is operational 24/7 through regular inspection and maintenance. You’ll team with vendors, the site's facilities head, and other team members to perform the safety, security, and general maintenance activities to ensure standards are met and is a safe and pleasant working environment for all employees and visitors. You'll work with leadership for guidelines for space management and conduct overall space planning, including furniture moves, reconfiguration and ongoing process improvement.

You'll report to the Manager, Logistics & Fulfillment. You’ll contribute to the success of the business through maintenance, ensuring the safety and security of our facility, employees and visitors.

Role/Purpose:

The Logistics Coordinator works in our Logistics Depot and oversees the work of the Logistics QC Controller, and all Fulfilment Specialists.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations

  • As directed assists in packing products to ship necessary items

  • Cross trained on inventory job duties

  • Work with the Logistics Manager to strategically manage and organize the warehouse in compliance with company’s policies ad vision

  • Maintains inventory of shipping supplies

  • Creates all shipping labels

  • Communicates regularly with FedEx

  • Uploads and maintains the Shipping Tracking Reports SharePoint

  • Configures and uploads the EOD report before leaving for the day

  • Part of the shippinglogistics@ttec.com distribution list that deals with various issues

  • As directed, responds to, and resolve complaints and problems

  • Monitors inbound and outgoing deliveries

  • As directed, research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers

Skills and Qualifications:

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Must have attention to detail

· Good time management skills

· Experience working with electronic data

· Must have a sense of urgency

· Must be computer literate

· Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Physical Requirements:

· Able to list and/or maneuver up to 50 lbs.

· Able to bend, stoop, sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time

· Must be able to work in a warehouse environment

The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $45,656. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
