Job Description:
What you'll accomplish as the VP-Disputes Initiatives:
You will be part of the Disputes Leadership team and will be responsible for leveraging the Agile framework to lead technology-driven and innovative solutions that will drive a better customer experience and improved process rigor and efficiencies. The VP, Disputes Initiatives will need to be a strategist, executor, and strong communicator. This role will partner with and lead cross functional teams to execute on transformative initiatives impacting the disputes experience. This position will be directly responsible for the strategic and tactical leadership of Dispute initiatives including long-term planning, design, build, launch, and adoption.

Essential Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for Agile Release Train duties such as setting Epics, participating in ART ceremonies, project budget, NPI participation and various ART ceremonies.
Partner with various department liaisons and external sources; understand market and regulatory trends and translate into a best-in-class Disputes experience.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and addressing concerns.
Identify and assess project risks, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Serve as a resource and key team member on various project teams, leveraging your knowledge of Customer Solutions to drive transformative change.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of work experience in financial services, in lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in financial services
Project management experience including managing multiple programs/projects simultaneously.
Proven experience with the Agile software development framework, acting in the Product Manager or Product Owner role.
Experience working with technical teams and/or guiding the creation and implementation of digital products and platforms.
Ability to think strategically and evaluate opportunities; identify innovative enhancements to products, tools and technology and effectively build the case for support and plans for execution.
Desired Characteristics:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong quantitative skills with experience creating data-driven recommendations.
Project management skills with ability to manage multiple programs through a team-based approach in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort working with and presenting to senior executives across the organization.
Grade/Level: 13
The salary range for this position is 130,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
