Opportunity Overview:

Join FNBO’s Gen6 Ventures team to help us revolutionize consumer payments by creating a digital credit card services business. This business will deliver the speed and agility that digital-first fintechs and API-driven brands need to drive loyalty and value through card payments.

Our Credit Card-as-a-Service ("CaaS") platform is led by technology and being built with a product mindset; shifting away from how legacy card issuers work today. This journey to create something new and innovative needs an individual to join our team who can embrace a start-up mentality, work alongside a high-functioning team and commit to exceeding expectations.

The team is seeking a talented Product Designer to create materials and resources that envision our products as the future of credit cards. You will produce designs for account origination, account servicing and account managing products. Your creativity and design proficiency will inspire delightful experiences for our customers and users. You will create many items from scratch and must possess the desire to go the extra mile to make it beautiful. You will be expected to turn high-level concepts into meaningful, visually attractive pieces for our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Be the CaaS design expert who influences internal/external partners with high quality visualizations of our products

  • Design meaningful and visually attractive user and customer flows

  • Develop useful journey maps for customer and user experiences

  • Collaborate across functions to continually improve visual appeal of key documents and resources

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Create materials for presentations including: product designs, roadmaps, sales and marketing collateral

  • Partner with Product and Technical teams to produce sketches, designs, prototypes, to illustrate the value of our products

  • Participate in design reviews with internal leaders and outward facing partners

  • Give and solicit input from team members on how to increase aesthetic quality of our products

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required and ideal candidates have five (5) years of experience in visual design for UI/UX

  • Have a portfolio of diverse product and/or user experiences

  • Experience designing business and developer-led products

  • Skillful in taking complex ideas and making them accessible and beautiful

  • Detail oriented and relentless about improving the quality of your work

  • Experience in financial services and credit card industry is preferred

  • Collaborative worker and is an effective team player

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $59,699.00-$95,431.00

IMPORTANT - This range is for the primary posting location of: Omaha - FN Tower

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
