Job Overview/Summary

Plan and execute sales to assigned Healthcare end users in specified geography, delivering volume and other selling targets, focused on Acute care and related Healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage our People as Business Owners: Develop individual capabilities, with a focus on Healthcare expertise and selling strategies, to drive sales and personal growth.

  • Drive the Business: Effectively plans and executes sales to acute care and other related Healthcare facilities in specified geography. Understands and leverages 3-pillar selling strategy (Clinical, Operational, and Financial) to position Clorox's right to win in Healthcare. Effectively sells the Clorox portfolio as a bundled solution to a variety of end user challenges.

  • Customer and Category Planning: Partners effectively with Healthcare Sales Professionals, Brokers and Distributor reps to maximize sales opportunities. Leverages industry insights, competitive intelligence, customer opportunities, and other inputs to determine executional plans in the sales territory.

  • Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: Uses appropriate systems, tools, and process to proactively manage the business, including spending programs, within guidelines.

Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree, College Diploma, or Equivalent (Required)
