CVS Health Senior Clinical Strategist in Kansas

Job Description

This is telework position with up to 25% in-state or out of state travel required. Qualified candidate can be located anywhere in KS.Accountable for flawless implementation of current Foster Care and Community Health Worker Programs. Owns the design and change management planning of clinical program strategy for the Aetna Better Health KansasIdentify, implement, and monitor process improvement for key State initiatives and internal metrics. Accountable for clear, current details for process improvement activities for Clinical Programs including the clinical initiative activities working with internal and external key stakeholders (IT, CEO, state leaders, clinical managers, quality team) of the products and programsAccountable to meet (and exceed) state metric to include: tracking and solutioning to improve member engagement in Clinical programs Present current trends, compliance, innovation to the State on clinical programs showing impacts, progress, notable changes and process improvement. Document the story in a format that will be presented to all levels of leadership internal and external. (Procedures, performance, trends data improvements on clinical programs and initiatives)The dedication of talented and caring health care professionals drives the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective products and services. Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 84,500

Maximum: 182,000

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years managing and leading clinical and non-clinical staff• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in clinical product design• Minimum 2 years of Foster Care Experience (preferably in KS) -Minimum 4 years of Behavioral Health Experience.- Active and Unrestricted License in the state of KS: -Registered nurse RN OR -Independent behavioral health clinician (LCSW, LPC/LCPC, etc.)-Willing and able to travel upto 25% of their time in-state or out of state as needed.

• Experience in managed care organizations• Ability to manage multiple timelines and produce evidence of driving toward success with regular updates on progress in all areas of clinical project or program management • Participate in strategic projects and process improvements based on lessons learned• Profound understanding of clinical workflows and best practices• Ability to effectively manage client expectations and inspire confidence• Demonstrated experience in managing large and complex clinical initiatives and projects • Proven communication skills both written and verbal; able to communicate effectively with all levels of the enterprise • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to build knowledge and improve processes; experience in successfully building, maintaining, and supporting effective relationships across cross-functional teams to achieve goals• Group facilitation/presentation skills that inform and influence internal and external parties Reinforce health services philosophy, programs, policies, and procedures.• Demonstrated experience leading segment wide change planning, implementation, and tracking of metrics• Demonstrated experience in clinical Product Development • Proven experience documenting and presenting data to tell the story of clinical programs.

Education

Masters degree for BH license required and Associate degree for RN license required.
