Job Description:
30% Office Support and Administration
Provide front desk support, welcoming and greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Respond to inquiries via phone and email; route to appropriate staff as needed
Support office procedures and protocols
Coordinate department space, facilities, and equipment, and occasionally provide meeting support
Coordinate office management tasks such as supply management (ordering, organizing, inventorying, sending overflow furniture to surplus, etc.) and updating office documents
Coordinate technology needs (e.g., coordinate with IT for needed help such as new computer setup)
Provide other project and office support as needed
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned
30% Technical Support
With backup support from our Center’s IT Technology Manager, provide client and staff support for a custom online system (the Community Check Box Evaluation System), including user permissions, providing training, troubleshooting, and technical assistance as needed
Assist the Center for Community Health and Development’s IT Technology Manager with IT support tasks, such as creating and updating customized Community Check Box Evaluation System sites for community partners
Provide data support such as data exports, imports, and data cleaning
Create online surveys and related reports
Provide quality assurance/ test technology updates
20% Graphic Design/ Knowledge Dissemination
Support knowledge dissemination efforts with graphic design (e.g., infographics, flyers, graphics for social media)
Design and format ADA-compliant documents for public dissemination (e.g., PowerPoints, reports)
Provide support in communications and reporting, including proofreading atting reports, grant submissions, PowerPoint presentations, manuals etc.
20% Website Updates and Communications
Support internal and external communications with support and direction from Center leadership
Support updates to the Community Tool Box (http://ctb.ku.edu/) and Center websites (Drupal CMS)
Support social media posts for the Center and the Community Tool Box

Required Qualifications:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Administrative Associate Senior to provide office, technology, and project support.
