The Brand Ambassador position is outgoing and detail oriented. This role will reside in the front showroom and be the first impression for the organization. Responsible for assisting customers with any questions, while providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
Familiarization with the company's mission, vision, and goals.
Educating customers.
Building rapport with customers.
Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department.
Answer incoming phone calls from customers and inputting data into sales force.
Assisting the sales manager in organizing home shows and events in the North sales area.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma
2-3 Years background in customer service, sales or another related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office
