Position Overview:
- Helps establish and monitor departmental goals and objectives
- Meets regularly with program leaders/operations to identify possible improvement opportunities
- Provides technical support to agency programs concerning data and data collection (i.e., program
- outcomes, satisfaction, surveys, and/or other data, etc.)
- Conducts staff training relevant to program improvements and quality assurance
- Assists with improvement and maintenance of data accuracy
- Tracks, generates, and distributes regular and ad hoc data and outcome reports
- Provides system administration for child welfare systems
- Communicates data clearly using created charts and reports
- Develops, updates, and maintains the organization\'s performance monitoring
- Identifies trends, patterns and outliers
- Coordinates quarterly file audit process
- Identifies risk management priorities and strategies for reducing risk
- Participates in evidence-based practice implementation teams
- Manages evidence-based practice outcome evaluation data collection and reporting
- Monitors response to foster parent satisfaction surveys, logs, complaints
- Communicates and/or provides training on software updates; supports staff access to systems; recommends system changes/ reports
