Responsibilities:
Operate machinery effectively to ensure smooth production processes
Quickly identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operations
Document any defective or scrapped products according to company guidelines
Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery in optimal condition
Conduct preventive maintenance checks on equipment to prevent breakdowns
Keep detailed records of equipment readings and maintenance procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in plant operations or similar field
Familiarity with various plant tools and equipment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
Physically capable of handling the demands of the job
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key
Proficiency with Computers
